How payment works. Half is due before we start, the balance on completion, and that is the end of it. Hosting and domain renewals are paid directly to your provider, not to us, so we never hold your accounts or bill you again without you asking.

Pricing questions

What people ask before booking

Yes. You pay the package price once and the website is yours. We do not run subscriptions, retainers or auto-renewing plans of any kind. The only recurring costs in owning a website are hosting and your domain name, and those are paid directly to your hosting company, not to us.
Web hosting, your domain name, paid stock photography, premium fonts and any third-party software licences your project needs. We tell you what these will cost before you commit, and most small sites need only hosting and a domain, which together usually run under $100 for the first year.
That is common, and it is not a problem. The packages cover the projects we are asked for most often. Send us what you actually need and we will price it specifically, using the same one-time structure. If your requirements are smaller than the Starter package, we will say so rather than sell you more than you need.
Anything we got wrong is fixed free within your post-launch window. For new work after that, buy a support pack of hours and use them whenever you like — they do not expire and they do not renew. If you chose the Professional or E-Commerce package you can also make most content changes yourself.
Only if you ask for something outside what we agreed, and only after we have told you the cost and you have approved it in writing. The quote you sign is the price you pay. We do not send surprise invoices at the end.
Half up front to schedule the work, half when the site is finished and approved, before it goes live. We invoice in US dollars and accept bank transfer and the usual online payment methods. Larger projects can be split into more instalments if that helps your cash flow — just ask.
